This is a website for the Blount County 4H Horse Project. We are located in Blount County Tennessee in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.

The Blount County 4H Horse Project is dedicated to the love and knowledge of the horse for students grade 4 - 12. We meet the first Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. during the school year (September - May) at the Blount County Public Library. You do not need to own a horse to be a member of the Horse Project, you just need to have a love of horses and a desire to learn more about them.

Throughout the year there are opportunities to participate in Hippology/ Horse Bowl competitions, Horse Judging Contests, Service Projects, Field Trips, Speech Competitions, and, of course, Horse Shows.
